Happy Hump Day peeps!  It's my turn to host the Karleigh Sue Inspiration blog today!  I made a card using this adorable digi - Sunday Afternoon. (But on a Wednesday, lol).  She has me thinking about the lazy summer afternoons that are coming!

CCK - Carnation Love

Happy Sunday everyone!  I colored up this beauty last week, and would love to share it with you.  The image is 'Carnation Love', and she is the image for the current challenge over in the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  Check out the post on how to get her, and what fabulous prizes you have a chance at wining!  

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11 & R20; hair - E50, E51, E53 & E57; tail - RV000, RV02, V000, V01, V06, V12, V15, G000, G00, BG32, BG34 & BG49; dress - RV000, RV02 & RV06.

I've been wanting to make an all white card for some time (especially after seeing one by my friend Karin, which you can see on her blog here).  I used Bazzill cardstock, embossing folders (using my Cutttlebug), white lace, and dies by Spellbinders and LaLa Land.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid, and I did use colroed ones to reflect the colors of the ones in the image.  I hope you'll check out the other DT projects using 'Carnation Love', and join in the challenge yourself!

CC & CC - Spring Has Sprung!

Hello ladies and gents!  We're kicking off a new challenge over at the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenges blog, and I am very excited about it!  The theme for this challenge is 'Spring Has Sprung', and we are sponsored by A Day for Daisies.  

The very first challenge I did with the CC & CC design team was using an image from A Day for Daisies, and ever since then I was hooked on their stamps!  For my card today I used Curly Flower Fairy.  Isn't she beautiful?

Karleigh Sue - Nerdy Cute

Good morning everyone!  I'm hosting the Karleigh Sue Inspiration Blog today, and I'm happy to share this altered chalkboard with you.  I decided to use the super adorable image Nerdy Cute.  Right away I knew I wanted to use some school themed papers (which I've had for YEARS), but I just wasn't feelin a card with it.  So...I grabbed a small chalkboard I bought at Walmart a few week ago, and VIOLA! Here she is:

The Copics I used to color her are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21 & R20; hair - YR14, YR18, E08 & E19; pants - B91, B95 & B97; shirt - YR23 & Y21, bag - E31, E33 & E35.

The paper and flash cards are from Creative Imagination, flowers from Wild Orchid, and I used a die by LaLa Land Crafts.  Super easy to make, really, and I'm so pleased with the result.  Thinking I might buy a few more chalk boards to have on hand for future gifts!

ABM - Anything Goes

Happy Friday, folks!  Today we begin a new Anything Goes challenge over in the Art by MiRan Facebook Group!  I had a lot of fun with mine this week, using Fairy Lily.  As you can see, bright colors were on tap for today - which really isn't much of a surprise I suppose, as I tend to use brights more than pastels:)  What do you think?
