Scrapbook Stamp Society - IMG811

Good morning everyone! I'd love to share with you my card for the Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog.  My card is a reminder for our current challenge  'Anything Goes + Option of Monochrome', and we would love for you to join us!  For my card I am using IMG811. I love how elegant she is - perfect for this challenge!

Here is a closer look:

The only Copics I used were: W00, W1, W2, W3, W5, W7 & W9. The image is printed on x-press paper.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper and flowers from my stash, ribbon, cheesecloth, Dutch Doobadoo stencil. Martha Stewart punch, and Spellbinder die.   We would love for you to join us over at the Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog and check out our challenge. The other DT members have beautiful projects to inspire you as well!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Moonstar Maiden

Happy Friday!  I hope you had a great week!  It is time for a new Anything Goes Challenge over in the Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group.  The twist this month is 'Monochromatic'.  For my DT Inspiration I used the beautiful digi Moonstar Maiden.  I usually dread monochromatic challenges, but thought this image might work well for it, and I am happy at the result.  I would love to know what you think!

The only Copics I used are W00, W1, W2, W3, W5, W7 & W9. The image is printed on x-press paper.

For my card all I used is Bazzill cardstock, paper from my stash,  bling, and star die by Tim Holtz.  I hop you like the result:)

Have you played along with our challenges in the Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group? We have 2 challenges a month, and there are lots of chances to win some of Mi Ran's gorgeous digis.  We also choose Guest DT's with each of our Anything Goes challenges.  We hope to see you there!

Marie Antionette Dollie

Happy Thursday everyone!  What are you working on?  If you're like me, you probably have a few projects in front of you!  I can definitely work on a deadline, but I definitely prefer when I have time to work on things as they speak to me:)  Yesterday I finished up another monochromatic card for the challenge in the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  If you haven't already, you should check it out!  It's really awesome seeing the different colors everyone is using.  For my newest go at it, I used this sweet image Marie Antionette Dollie.  I hope you like her in violet!

I only used Copics from the 'V' family: V000, V01, V22, V28, V93, V95 & V99.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, Sherri Baldy paper, Wild Orchid flowers, and dies by Memory Box. It was hard finding embellishments to match, so I went a bit more simple with the card.  Still works, though, I think.  I hope you're playing along with our challenge!  Please head on over to the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group and share your creation.  I'll look for you there! Have a great day everyone.

Rose With Thorns

Heeeeyyyyy everyone!  We've got a fun new challenge over in the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  If you're not already a member, I invite you to join us.  Her images are amazing, and the group is very warm and welcoming!  I have to admit, making a monochromatic project was a definite challenge for me - I haven't done this before.  But, I love a good challenge, and it turned out to be a lot of fun!  I am using the image Rose With Thorns for my card.  She's a very dramatic image, so she was perfect!

The only Copics I used for this are: E40, E42, E43, E47 & E49.  I used Pebbles Inc. chalk to color the background of the image.

For my card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper by DCWV and MME, lace, embellishments by Prima and Maya Road, skeleton leaf from Wild Orchid, flowers from Prima, and Memory Box die.  I used an edge distresser on all of the edges of the paper. Not too bad for my first try, I think.  I hope you'll join us for our 'Monochromatic' challenge over in the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  Have a great day!

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Crafting by Designs - Anything Goes
Inspiration Destination - Anything Goes
TTCRD - Anything Goes
