The Paper Shelter - Coconut

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Blooming Times'. You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using this new digi Coconut.  You can find her, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com



The colors I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21 & E93; hair - YR24, E50. E51 & E53; baithing suit - YR61, YR65, YR68, RV13, RV14 & RV17. The image is printed on X-press paper.

 For the card, I also used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Doodlebug Designs, Wild Orchid flowers, cheesecloth and Spellbinders dies.  I also chalked the edges. Scrapbook Stamp Society - Scan0001

Good morning everyone! I'd love to share with you my card for the Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog.  My card is a reminder for our current challenge  'Anything Goes + Option of Summer', and we would love for you to join us!  For my card I am using Scan0001. How cute is the puppy she carries around?

The Paper Shelter - The Most Adorable Jellyfishes

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Dies and/or Punches'. Easy, right? You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the super cute digi The Most Adorable Jellyfishes. I think their name says it all!  This was a bit of a challenge for me, as I typically try to stick with digis of girls.  I thought it would be fun tot try this though, especially since it is summer:)  You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com


The colors I used are: large jellyfish: YG00, YG03, YG21 & YG23; small jellyfish - YR000, YR00, YR61 & YR68; fishes V12, V15 & V17; water - B0000, BG0000 & BV0000. The image is printed on X-press paper.

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the stunning image Fun and Sun. I love that you can use soft colors like I did, or make her bright and beautiful too!    You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com

The sentiment is from a birthday set I purchased a few years ago, but can't recall where from.  I also chalked the edges. Beach Girl

Good morning everyone!I would love to share a card I made using another fun digi from  Time for Tea Designs.  I have been coloring many of her lately:)  This fun digi is called Beach Girl.  Perfect to give to my daughter who just loves the beach! (Which is funny, considering we live in the desert!)

Radiant Soul

Hi everyone! I am here to share my DT project for the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  I am using our Monthly Challenge theme of 'The Four Seasons' for this.  If you have seen my other posts for Ching Chou Kuik this month, you may recall that I have shared Autumn, Winter, and Spring, so all that is left is Summer! 



 I'm using this beauty is a new digi called Radiant Soul.  I just love this one!

Refreshing Time!

I tried something a little different (than my usual flowers, lol), and did a bunch of word/phrase stickers down the right side of the card.  I like the way it came out, and am sure I'll try it again on a future card!

Aloha

Hello everyone!  I would like to share with you my DT card for the new challenge on the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog.  This week our theme is 'Summer Fun'.    



The sponsor we have for you is Melonheadz.  They are a new digi company to me, and I had so much fun using their art work.  They will be giving the winner a bundle from their store.   For this challenge I am using some of the images from the Aloha Bundle

Midnight Mermaid

Hello blog-land!  Today I am sharing a card I made as Guest DT for the Crafty Friends Challenge Blog.  I was so delighted to be asked, and even more excited when I found out that the sponsor for this challenge is The East Wind.  I really love their images.  The theme for the challenge is 'Summer Time', and I am using Lucy Loo 'Midnight Mermaid'.  Gorgeous image, isn't she?



The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, RV10 & RV13; hair - E08, E19, YR14 & YR18; scales - YG21, YG23, YG25, V04, V05, V06 & V09; water - BG10, B24, B26 & B29.  I used chalk to create the sunset sky.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

Maddie Twirling Curls

Good morning everyone!  I have another fun card to share with you today.  I was asked by my friend Anne Lise to be a guest designer for her website, and I was thrilled and honored to do so!  You can find it here on her website http://barnemix.no/index.php/hobby/kortlaging/709-sommerinspirasjon-fra-polka-doodles.  For my card, I was asked to make a 'Summer' themed card, and I used this adorable image Maddie Twirling Curls by Polkadoodles, who have super cute images.  What do you think?

For my card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Fancy Pants Designs (Summer Sun Collection), stickers from LYB, and Spellbinder dies.  I just love the bright colors, and those fireflies!  I used to love trying to catch them when I was a child living in Pennsylvania, and I do miss them now that I live in Arizona.  Thanks for taking a look!

Karleigh Sue - Sunday Afternoon

Happy Hump Day peeps!  It's my turn to host the Karleigh Sue Inspiration blog today!  I made a card using this adorable digi - Sunday Afternoon. (But on a Wednesday, lol).  She has me thinking about the lazy summer afternoons that are coming!
