The Paper Shelter - Autumn Beauty

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Make it Digital'. You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using this beautiful digi called Autumn Beauty. You can find her, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com



The colors I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21 & E93; hair - YR14, YR18, E08 & E19; owls - Y21, E40, E42 & E43; leaves - Y21, Y26, Y28, BG45, BG49, YG93 & YG97. The image is printed on X-press paper.

The Paper Shelter - French Brunch

Good morning everyone! 

I am so sorry for sharing my DT card with you a day late.  I have been laid up for days with a nasty migraine.  We are having awfully hot weather here (105 degree+ temps, with high humidity), and it really messes with me. 

 We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Lots of Layers'. You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using this beautiful digi called  French Brunch.  You can find her, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com



The colors I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21 & E93; hair - E11, E13, E15 & E18; hat/scarf - R11, R14 & R17; clothing - BG53 & BG57. The image is printed on X-press paper.

The Paper Shelter - Zen-sational

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  This week both teams are joining in a 2 week challenge for our summer break.  We will not be commenting, but will have a challenge going on.  The theme is 'Anything Goes'. Easy, right? You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to go out of my comfort zone and make a card with a dragon on it!  I've used the super fun digi Zen-sational. )  You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com

The Paper Shelter - The Most Adorable Jellyfishes

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Dies and/or Punches'. For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the super cute digi The Most Adorable Jellyfishes. I think their name says it all!  This was a bit of a challenge for me, as I typically try to stick with digis of girls.  I thought it would be fun tot try this though, especially since it is summer:)  You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com


The colors I used are: large jellyfish: YG00, YG03, YG21 & YG23; small jellyfish - YR000, YR00, YR61 & YR68; fishes V12, V15 & V17; water - B0000, BG0000 & BV0000. The image is printed on X-press paper.

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the stunning image Fun and Sun. I love that you can use soft colors like I did, or make her bright and beautiful too!    You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com

The sentiment is from a birthday set I purchased a few years ago, but can't recall where from.  I also chalked the edges. For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the gorgeous new digi Catharine.  Have you seen her?  I just love her. You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com


The colors I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & RV10; hair - BV20, BV23, BV25, BV29 & 100; dress - BG53, BG57, YR02, YR61 & YR68.  I added frantage around the image. The image is printed on X-press paper.

The Paper Shelter - Your Love is out of This World

Good morning everyone!  We are starting a new challenge on the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog,  The theme this week is 'Make it Digital'. You do not need to use a digi from The Paper Shelter to enter the challenge, but those using an image from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win a $30 gift certificate.  Any winner not using a Paper Shelter digi will win 3 digis of their choice. 

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the fun digi Your Love is out of This World.  I used the colored version, as well as the background paper. I used Picmonkey to change it up a bit. What do you think?



 In Picmonkey, I also added the sentiment.  Once it was printed out, I matted it with Bazzill cardstock, added a ribbon, and mounted it all on white Bazzill cardstock. The Paper Shelter - Art Deco Charm

For my DT project, I decided to make a card using the beautiful new digi Art Deco Charm.  I love how elegant and classy this digi is.  You can find this, along with tons of other amazing images over at PaperShelter.com


The colors I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & RV10; hair - E95, E97 & E99; dress - RV93, RV95 & RV99; feathers - B0000, B000 & B00. The image is printed on X-press paper.

Anyone who knows me, will tell you that I am not a sewer, lol! I can sew a button, but that is about it,  And even then, it's nothing I am proud of! Yikes!  Maybe a new hobby one day?  I used Faux stitching on mine.  I love the Stitched Square die by Lawn Fawn.  Looks so much better than any stitching I could ever do.
