Red Hearts - Ching Chou Kuik

Hi everyone! How are you all doing this morning?  I'm sooo excited to share my DT make this week for the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  I'm using this beautiful new image Red Hearts.  You can purchase her at a special price with three other beauties.  I was so happy with how the coloring on her came out, it was killing me to have to wait until today to share! I hope you like her:)

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - BV20, BV23, BV25, BV29 & R81; dress - R81, R83, R85, R89, E40, E42 & E43, moon- Y21, Y26 & Y32; hearts - R24, R35, R46 & R59; wings - V000, V01, G000, G00, BG0000 & BV0000.   I added Wink of Stella to the wings.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

Here is a closer look at this amazing image:

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, Trinity Arts paper,  lace, ribbon and die from Memory Box.  I made the card all black so that it wouldn't compete with the beautiful image, and I think it worked - she really pops.  What do you think?

Are you a member of the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group?  There is always a challenge going on, and you will see the newest digis as soon as they are released!  We would love to have you join us and share your projects using Ching Chou Kuik digis.  Hope to see you there!

xx Bonnie

The image is a beauty and I think you were right to make this card all about the image. I like the spotted detailing on here, they add extra interest. Looking fab!

Gorgeous card Bonnie! I love it! Love your coloring. Thanks for sharing it with us and for adding the colors you used in Copics. That really helps everyone to learn what colors look good together. I appreciate it very much. Have a wonderful day! Hugs, Gloria
