Wild Flower Beauty

Hi there!  Thanks for stopping by:)  I'd love to share with you my DT card for the new challenge on the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog.  Our theme this week is to use 'Lace/Ribbon/Twine', and we are sponsored by Sami Stamps who is generously giving away a $12 gift certificate to the winner of this challenge. I was very excited to make my card for this one, because this is only the second chance I've had to work with one of Sami Stamps digis.

The image I chose for my card is Wild Flower Beauty.  She is so beautiful!  I hope you like my card!

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - BV20, BV23, BV25 & BV29; dress - R00, R01, R02 & RV000; flowers - R32, R35, R37, R39 and a white gelly roll pen.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

Here is a closer look at the ribbon and lace I've used for the challenge.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Graphic 45, lace, ribbon, LaLa Land dies and a flower from my stash.  I used both a cream lace with pink ribbon woven through, and a gorgeous floral ribbon I have had for ages.  I don't have much left, so I reserve it for special projects.  I think this one qualified. I hope you like her!  Please join our new 'Lace/Ribbon/Twine' challenge on the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog, and check out the lovely projects by my fellow DT members!  Hope to see you there!

xx Bonnie
