Neeve - Saturated Canary

Good evening everyone!  I wanted to pop in to share a card I made using this awesome image called 'Neeve' by Saturated Canary.  She is part of Another Bunch of digis which you can find in the Saturated Canary shop.  I love this image (maybe because I love coffee, lol), and used her to make a card for a friend.  Our kids go back to school in a couple of weeks, and we need to grab coffee and catch up, and she was just perfect for that! 

The Copics I used are: hair - E50, E51, E53 & E11; shirt - R02, R11, R14, R17, R20, G000, BG11, BG32 & BG34; pants - YR000, YR31, Y21 & Y17; shoes - C1, C3 & C5.

I really love what it says: "All it takes is some time with you to make life Grande"

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, Prima paper (Coffee Break), Wild Orchid flowers, and dies by LaLa Land Crafts, Sizzix, Joy! Crafts and Memory Box.  I chalked the edges of the papers with Colorbox chalk (chestnut roan).  I can't wait to send her off. Thanks for stopping by:) 

Simply Betty - Missing You

Happy Monday everyone! I would like to share a card I made for a challenge going on over in the Simply Betty Facebook Group.  It's her current freebie challenge (the image isn't free anymore, but you can still find her in Betty's shop and play along).  This lovely image is called 'Missing You', and the challenge is to use 3 designer papers, ribbon, and at least one embellishment. I'd love to know what you think!

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E4, E11, E21 & R20; hair - E35, YR23, Y21 & Y32; shirt - G00, BG11, BG13 & BG19; cup - E71, E77 & E79; table - R20, R22 & R24.

A Whole Latte Love

Good morning!  I hope you have a fun and exciting week ahead of you:)  We've got a brand new, fun and exciting challenge starting right now over on the Craft Your Passion blog.  The theme is always Anything Goes, and this week we are sponsored by DeeDee's Digis!

 I'm using some digs from the Whole Latte Love digi set for my card.  Perfect for me, as I am a big fan of coffee!!

The Copics I used are: cup - E40 & E43; lid - W0 & W3; sleeve - G0000, G000, BG23 & BG34; heart/straw - R20, R22 & R24.

I made the card using Bazzill cardstock, Prima paper (Coffee Break), Wild Orchis flowers/leaves, and dies by Spellbinder & Memory Box.  I am in love my new coffee cup die cut, and finally had the chance to use it!! I'd love to know what you think!  Have a great week, and see you again soon!

Withered Roses

Happy Thursday peeps!  It's my turn again for an inspiration post over in the Ching Chou Kuik Facebook Group.  I hope you're already a member, and if not, I suggest you hop on over and join ASAP!  Her images are just gorgeous, and there is so much inspiration, as well as fun challenges going on.  Hope to see you there:)  

This week a made a card using the image Withered Roses.  So stunning.  I hope my card does her justice.  I'd love to know what you think!

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21 & R20; hair - E40, E43, E47 & E49; flowers/hearts - RV32, RV56 & RV59; leaves - G21, YG67 & YG93; dress - C1, C3 & C5; gloves - RV000 & RV02; wings - B000, RV000, RV52 & Wink of Stella (clear).

For the card I used Spellbinders Grand Stately Circle die (I'm loving my new Grand Calibur!!). Bazzill cardstock, paper/embellishments from Prima, flowers by Wild Orchid, ribbon and lace.    I added a little bit of glossy accents to her tear to make it appear wet.

Key to My Heart

Tonight I would like to share a card using Key to My Heart by Ching-Chou Kuik.  She is having a challenge right now in her Facebook Group.  the challenge is to use this image, and create a project with the theme 'Lace Romance'.  It's my first time using one of her images, but certainly won't be the last.  I love how this turned out.

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11 and R20; hair - Y21, Y32, E31, E33 and E35; dress - RV91, RV95 and RV99; leaves - YG93, G85 and G99; flowers - R81, R85 and R89; eyes - YG00, YG03 and YG17.

For the card I used paper and embellishments from Prima's 'Tea-Thyme Collection', leaf stick pins, lace, pink tulle, and a lock and key charm.  I distressed the edges of the papers and edged them with white gesso.  Thanks for taking a look!
