Hello everyone! I am so excited to tell you that I was invited to join the Design Team 'B' over at The Paper Shelter! I had applied some time ago, and am a huge fan of their stamps, so you can imagine my delight when the opportunity to join the team cam up! There is a new challenge starting this week, and the theme is 'Xtra vaganza!'. We want to see your projects with lots of decoration added to them - flowers, gems, lace, pearls, etc). You do not need to use an image from The Paper Shelter to enter, but those using a digi from The Paper Shelter will be eligible to win the $30 gift certificate. Any winner not using a Paper Shelter image will win 3 Digis of their choice. For my card I am using The Huntress. I love the strength and beauty of this image.
The Copics I have used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - E42, E43, E47 & E49; dress - R81, R83 & R 85; vines - YG93, YG97 & G21; flowers - BG10, BG11, BG13 & RV66; bow/arrow - E33, E35, E37 & Wink of Stella gold & Silver glitter markers. The image is printed on x-press paper. I chalked around the image with Pebbles Inc. chalk.
A closer look at this beautiful image:
For my card I used Bazzill cardstock, Sherri Baldy paper, a doily, lace, pearls, flowes/leaves from Wild Orchid, and dies by Tim Holtz and LaLa Land Crafts, I used foam tape to the back of the image for added dimension (I do this with all of my cards). I'm really pleased with her, and I hope I have inspired you to join our 'Xtra vaganza' challenge on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog. Check out the gorgeous work by the other DT while you're there! Thanks for taking a look. Have a fantastic day!
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
